Consumer Price Index : CPI(IW) increased by 2 points and stood at 287 for the month of October 2017.
IDA from 1.1.2018 will see an increase varying from 1.8 to 2.9 percentage for a (-) or (+) of 2 points in CPI(IW) for the month of November 2017. Even if there is no decrease / increase in the points for November, IDA from January will increase by 2.4%.

On 12th July, 2009 Sunday, The BSNL & DoT Pensioners Association, Gujarat Circle, Ahmedabad had launched its own web www.bdpa.in to cater needs of BSNL & DoT Pensioners of Gujarat in general India in particular. We have incorporated orders on 1st & 2nd Wage Revision in BSNL. We have membership in more than 16 Circles and have formed Circle Branch in Kolkata, W.B. Bihar, J & K, NTR, Gujarat, AP, Chennai Telephones, Tamilnadu, Kerala & Karnataka. We have more than 10000 members throughout the country.
