All District Secretaries/Presidents were also honoured. M.R. Vashist, D.D. Mistry, A.A. Patel and K.R.Rana were also honoured. M.R. VASHIST spoke on the present status of BSNL Pensioners Pension Revision and other irritating issues, D.D. Mistry spoke on the present situation and also thrown light for the delay in finalization of issues due to negative stand taken by some Pensioners Associations.
