“UPDATE ON PENSION REVISION CASE”

Today, the Pension Revision Case came on hearing in the Hon’ble Delhi High Court. The matter was passed over twice and finally taken at 3:00 PM. UOI wanted to argue more. The bench was informed that they had finished arguing and they could rejoin those additional arguments. The bench was inclined to listen to the arguments of the UOI and the matter has been adjourned for tomorrow 12th. May , 2026 for hearing.

We have incorporated orders on 1st & 2nd Wage Revision in BSNL. We have membership in more than 16 Circles and have formed Circle Branch in Kolkata, W.B. Bihar, J & K, NTR, Gujarat, AP, Chennai Telephones, Tamilnadu, Kerala & Karnataka. We have more than 10000 members throughout the country.
