Today, in the Pension Revision Case, U.O.I concluded its arguments by arguing for about half an hour and it is no longer to argue on merits. Now the arguments from the Petitioner’s side (UOI) are over.
The case has been adjourned to the 14th. May, 2026 in the supplementary list for Arguments to be made by the Counsels of Respondent’s side.
