It transpire that Cabinet Note on 78.2% IDA Merger issue is reached to Shri S.K. Jain, DDG (Estt) for its further upward submission to Cabinet for approval. Since Shri Pracheesh Khanna, Director (Estt) is in China for training his work is looked after by new person who is new. Therefore, as it seems, the work relating to translation of all the concerned documents in Hindi will take some more time and may be completed by month end and will be send to Secretary DoT. We expect that the file may retch to Cabinet Secretariat latest by 10^th Ma, 2016. Please bear with the system.
