For issuance of orders extending Medical Reimbursement Quarterly BSNLMRS in Cash without voucher, the file is moving with snail speed making the pensioners restive. We have to understand STATUS of BSNL PENSIONERS on DATE and move the issue with working Unions/Associations. The decision to merge MTNL with BSNL is making the situation worse as it will result in fiscal difficulties for the Corporate Office.
