At last, a full stop has been put on the anxiety of all BSNL Working Employees and Pensioners regarding implementation of 3rd P.R.C. Recommendations.
AS PER NEWS THE FOLLOWING HAS BEEN AGREED UPON:
Wage Revision Committee meeting is held today the 08-10-2025 and signed the agreement. All members of BSNLEU and NFTE participated. The following are the details of the agreement:-
1) Pay scales are as per the list attached.
2) Fitment will be at par with the fitment to be given to the Executives.
3) Pay loss to any employee will be compensated by giving personal pay, to be absorbed in future increments.
4) Revision of perks and allowances will be decided by the BSNL Board and will be implemented from the date of signing of the Wage Revision Agreement. ( A committee is already constituted by the Management for the revision of allowances)
5) HRA revision will be decided by the BSNL Board.
6) Anomalies and aberrations will be addressed suitably.
7) The pay scales implemented in this Wage Revision will not form the basis for revision of pay scales in the next Wage Revision.

There after Corporate Office will communicate with DOT/ MOC for further process.

FIXATION IS TO BE DECIDED AS PER EXECUTIVE AGREEMENT.
THERE IS NO MENTION OF DATE OF ITS EFFECT.
