BDPA (INDIA) VADODARA Telecom District arranged ACTIVE WORKERS’ MEEING on 12.08.2025, VADODARA IN FATEHGANJ TELEPHONE EXCHANGE BUILDING.

Ashok B. Thakkar, District Secretary, Vadodara Telecom District, arranged a Meeting of District Working Committee Members and Active Workers on 12.08.2025 in Fatehnagar Telephone Office Building, Vadodara. Shri H.R. Tiwari, District President/CHQ Organizing Secretary presided over the meeting: where more than 35 members were present.

Meeting commenced with well come address by H.R. Tiwari, followed by garlanding Thomas John K.  D.D. Mistry, N,A, Patel, R.C. Sharma and Kalpesh Gajjar with banquet and Shawl.

A.B. Thakkar, District Secretary in his speech elaborately spoke on the numbers of Pensioners Cases settled with the active support of the G.S. BDPA (I) and expressed thanks for the expeditious disposal of Pensioners grievances.

Vadodara District Branch donated Rs.7001/- towards Office Maintenance Fund.

D.D. Mistry GS said that he is always available to extend all the assistances and added that since Thomas John K is to address the gathering for the first time and he has many occasions to speak being local person, he will not speak more and thanked the District for maintaining regular flow of donation towards Office Maintenance Fund.

Thomas John K, All India President spoke at length enlightening the elements which are blocking the early settlement of Pension Revision for BSNL Pensioners for the reasons best known to them and well understood by members. He said now having realized that the concept and path of conflict which they are following will not be an easy cake, have started to propagate for out of court settlement.  He said that if necessary, BDPA (INDIA) will extend full support if the working employees are agitating for early settlement of their Wage Revision issue, as it will result in early settlement of our Pension Revision citing the precedence. He invited the branch to send maximum delegates to ensuing AIC in Hyderabad which is to be held by the end of the year.

Chavan anchored the event and expressed thanks of members for participating in the meeting in short notice and also thanked the GS for considering Vadodara for All India President Visit.
