BSNL & DOT Pensioners Association (India) Rajkot District organized a New Year’s friendly gatheringon 29.10.2025, Wednesday from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm, BSNL & DOT Pensioners Asṭsociation (India) Rajkot District organized a New Year’s friendly gathering at “Sheth Upashray” Rajkot venue on the occasion of the New Year of Vikram Sawant 2082 in the presence of more than 200 pensioners brothers and sisters of Rajkot District.
The love meeting began with a prayer from the sisters.
After the prayer, our association has suffered an irreparable loss due to the demise of our beloved, dear, devoted office secretary, selfless serviceman Hashidbhai Bhatia. Apart from Hashidbhai, who rendered noble services, besides Hashidbhai, we also observed a 2-minute silence for the departed souls of our fellow pensioners and sisters who passed away during Vikram Sawant 2081. District Secretary Shri C. N. Javia remembered the past leaders of BSNL & DOT Union, praised their services and vision and gave detailed information about their invaluable services.
Shri Shashikantbhai Shingala, Senior Leader of Rajkot District Association, gave detailed information about the 3 PRCs.
BDPA(I) Gujarat Scale Organizing Secretary Shri J. C. Mandalia and Shri M. K. Rawal gave detailed information about the activities being taken for the benefit of pensioners under the chairmanship of BDPA(I) Gujarat and CHQ level General Secretary Shri D. D. Mistry. Along with General Secretary Shri Mistry, the members of Gujarat Scale Working Committee appreciated the activities being taken for the benefit of pensioners.
District Secretary Shri S. H. Kantesaria wished all the pensioners present at the Sneh Milan a happy new year. Starting with giving detailed information about the activities being done for the benefit of BDPA(I) Pensioners and Family Pensioners, first of all, he gave detailed information about all the issues regarding the agreement made by the Wage Revision Committee on 08.10.25.
In addition, he gave detailed information about the action to be taken to start the family pension, Completed migration, submission of life certificate, re-validation of medical card,
amendment of medical card, change of medical option, outdoor and indoor treatment,
notional increment, identity card, etc. provided detailed point-to-point information on the subject.
On the 18th of December, the District Conference of BDPA(I) Rajkot District will be held at Field Marshall Wadi in Rajkot and the Scale Conference of BDPA(I) Gujarat Scale was held at Rajkot on the 19th. All the pensioners of Rajkot District were invited to the conference with their families.
The arrangement of ice cream made by the members of Rajkot District Working Committee in a beautiful atmosphere was done justice to the event of Sneha Milan.
