Pension Revision Case in Delhi HC
The case was heard today (29/07/25). Govt advocate was presenting the case. He could not finish. Main point in his arguement was many benefits of 7th CPC was extended to BSNL IDA pensioners. But pension is linked to pay, so pension revision cannot be given. Our lawyers intervened and said as per Rule 37A, BSNL Pensioners are entitled to pension as applicable to Central Govt Pensioners. At this point the Hon’ Judge observed that the time is up and could not be heard fully today…Adjourned to 19/08/2025 at 3:30 pm.
