Curative Petition of BSNL before the Hon. Supreme Court of India regarding 78.2% DA fitment has been DISMISSED on 11.09.2025, which was filed after the DOT & BSNL lost the CWP before Hon HP High Court, SLP and Review Petitions in the Hon Supreme Court of India; during this period (since 2019), both of these are facing CONTEMPT OF COURT BEFORE THE CAT CHANDIGARH CIRCUIT BENCH AT SHIMLA and next date of hearing is 26.09.2025, till this date the SECRETARY TELECOM has been asked to implement the CAT order in the relevant OA or be personally present on this date.
