FIRST CIRCLE CONFERENCE OF TELENGANA CIRCLE HELD ON 27.07.2023 FROM 11.30 TO 18.30 HOUR IN VASAVI CLUB AUDITORIAM UNDER THE PRESIDENTSHIP OF J.S.R. PRASAD, CIRCLE PRESIDENT, BDPA (INDIA).
Despite heavy rain, more than 65 delegates were present, showing their enthusiasm and love for the association.
J.D.R. Prasad accorded well come to invitees and delegates. All the guests were honoured with banquet and shawl.
Two minutes silence was observed in the memories of all those who departed during this period.
T. Karuna Prasad read out activities report and account and gave detailed information and also presented accounts; which were adopted unanimously.
Then meeting was adjourned for Lunch.
After Lunch, A.N. Patel Executive President spoke on history/activities of the Association since its inception in brief and appealed for donation towards Building Maintenance Fund.
D. Chandrasekharan, CHQ Vice President, spoke on 3rd PRC meeting and explained why we have asked for Pension Revision as per 3rd PRC. He spoke on DLC and other medical issues.
D.D. Mistry gs spoke on the difficulties which were experience by Pensioners in the earlier years and also latest position. He spoke on functioning of Pension Adalat and necessity of Pension Adalat with CGMS and CMD BANL. He spoke how 2nd PRC was implemented and spoke on the need of formation of MTNL-BSNL PENSIONERS JOINT FORUM.
Senior and Super Senior pensioners were felicitated in the meeting by giving them banquet and shawl.
All the District Secretaries and many delegates spoke on the difficulties being experienced by them in CGHS facilities.
Election of Circle/District Office bearers was held unanimously. JSR Prasad was elected as Circle President and T. Karuna Prasad as Circle Secretary for ensuing term.
