On 03.02.2020, we had addressed a letter to Hon’ble PM with a copy to the Law Minister, New Delhi on “Grant of Notional increment to those retired on 30th June- Hon’ble Madras High court
order dated 15.9.2017 in the case of P. Ayyamperumal, Madras High Court in WP No: 15732/2017”
The letter was examined by the Law Ministry and on 14th October, 2020, it was forwarded to The Secretary, Department of Personnel & Training, North Block, New Delhi vide No: L-15012/28/2020-JUS-I for appropriate action under intimation to petitioner. The said letter is received by us to-day, i.e. on 28.12.2020, after a lapse of two and half months in the time of latest technology’s age.
Now we will have to wait further from DOPP, New Delhi.
