Management Committee and Remuneration Committee approve Wage Agreement, awaiting approval of the Board Meeting.
On 16.01.2026, Com. Animesh Mitra, General Secretary and Com. Ashwin Kumar, AGS, met Shri Rajiv Kumar Kaushik, PGM (SR). During discussions with the PGM (Pers.), it was learnt that significant progress has been made regarding the approval of the Wage Agreement at the appropriate level. It was informed that, following the approval of the Management Committee, the Remuneration Committee has also accorded its approval to the Wage Agreement. Further, it was learnt that the relevant documents on the subject has already been circulated to all Board Members. The staff side is now eagerly awaiting the approval of the Board, which is likely to be taken up in the Board Meeting scheduled towards the end of this month. [Date : 20 – Jan – 2026] (BSNLEU WEB)
