On 29.05.2023, S/Shri S.N. Kallo & R.N. Mattoo, D/P & D/S visitd GM BSNL Office and accorded welcome to Smt. Sunita Chandra, PGM; who have joined recently.
They requested her payment of Medical for Pensioner for the year 2022-23 and payment of without voucher for 2018-19. She promised to look into.
Then they visited circle office and met Sh. Sanjeeve Gupta as Sh. Tashi DGM Finance was on tour to Leh. While discussing the medical payment issue for 22-23 they were informed that a sum of Rs. One crore sixteen lakh and ninety-three thousand had been authorized by corporate office for J’&K circle and payment is expected any time in the next couple of days. He further said that it may be ensured from SSAs.
Regarding pending payment of without voucher for 2018-19 he said that it may be ensured from SSAS whether cases forwarded by them.
M.S. Wani Circle Secretary J&K Circle A. M. Mailk District Secretary & G N Rather D/President Srinagar visited GM office Srinagar on 29th May 2023 and met. Accounts Officer (P&A) Sh Syed Afrozudeen in connection with the Medical Payments /long pending issues. After a brief discussion, A. O. (P&A) assured that all the Medical cases besides the old pending claims have already been submitted to Circle Office Jammu for payment.
