OLD BUT IMPORTANT LETTER ON BSNL/MTNL PENSIONERS PENSION REVISION BY On 28.10.2023, Shri G.V.L. Rao, M.P. (Rajya Sabha) had addressed a letter to Shri Neeraj Mittal, Secretary DoT New Delhi .

On 28.10.2023, Shri G.V.L. Rao, M.P. (Rajya Sabha) had addressed a letter to Shri Neeraj Mittal, Secretary DoT New Delhi on the issue for early implementation of PBCAT-ND JUDGMENT DATED 20.09.2023 IN OAs in respect of Pension Revision of BSNL/MTNL Pensioners.

In concluding Para of his letter, he has written that “ I would like to mention that most of the BSNL & MTNL Pensioners/Family Pensioners aare well above the agae of 65 plus years and are waiting for Pension Revision & Family Pension for the last 6 years i.e. w.e.f. 01.01.2017. Any further delay I implement ting the PBCAT New Delhi judgment order will cause great discomfort to the BSNL/MTNL Pensioners/Family Pensioners.

I therefore request you to look into the above long pending issue & take an early positive action in this regard.
