On “Sanchar Nigam Executives’ Association” of BSNL held it’s All India Central Working Committee Meeting in Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, Janpath, New Delhi.

In it’s “Open Session”, Minister of Communication & IT Sh. Ashwani Vaishnav was the Chief Guest. The Secretary (T) Dr. Neeraj Mittal and CMD, BSNL/MTNL Sh. P. K. Purwar were the Guest of Honour.

Association/Union Representatives of MTNL & BSNL of Working and Retired Executives/Employees in very large number attended the “OPEN SESSION”. Sh. A. S. Adsul, G/S SNEA in his address raised the long pending ongoing issues of the working employee of BSNL and requested the Hon’ble MOC & IT for redressal of the pending issues at the earliest possible. Hon’ble MOC & IT in his address was very much positive but didn’t gave any specific time bound commitment for redressal of the issues. We may hope for some positive in the near future.

General Secretary, MREWA R. K. Mudgal also addressed the house and raised the long pending issues of Pay Revision and Pension Revision and implementation of the judgement of Hon’ble PB CAT ND to revise the pension.

From MREWA, General Secretary R. K. Mudgal alongwith CHQ President Sh. B. S. Dalal and in very large number, office bearers and members of our association attended the “OPEN SESSION” at a very short notice. We thank all for their commitment towards association and for attending the meeting in this old age in shivering cold season.

Sh. G. L. Jogi, G/S SNPWA could not attend the OPEN SESSION due to his ill health. Sh. D. C. Sharma, CHQ VP SNPWA alongwith his office bearers in large number attended the OPEN SESSION and addressed the house.

On our request, our close associates, Retired Association/Union Representatives of MTNL Sh. Rajender Prasad, G/S “MTNL Senior Executives’ Association” and Sh. R. P. Sharma, CHQ President, “MTNL-DOT Pensioners Association” alongwith their office bearers and members in large number also attended the OPEN SESSION.
