Some latest updates regarding the hearing of our Pension Revision case in the Delhi High Court today

Judging by the proceedings and attitude of the Hon’ble Justice Shri C. Hari Shankar and Justice Shri Om Prakash Shukla, as they had already disposed of almost all the matters listed for today before lunch, it appears that they are in favor of an early disposal of our case today also.

As expected, after lunch, the court proceedings again started at 2:35 PM the hearing of our case commenced at 3:17 PM, and the Senior Advocate of DoT is currently presenting their rejoinder to the counter arguments presented by our learned and Senior Advocate Shri Ankur Chhibber ji yesterday.

Today our pension revision case in Delhi high court came for hearing, Arguments completed from both sides and court ask for written statement from both the advocates and judgment reserved no further arguments.

Details will follow as and when received from the advocate.
