Status of Pension Revision case in Hon. High Court of Delhi
The above captioned matter was listed on 11th Dec, 2025 as Item Nos. 46 and 48 before Hon. Mr. Justice Navin Chawla and Hon Ms. Justice Madhu Jain at the Hon. High Court of Delhi.
Mr. Ankur Chhibber appeared on behalf of the private respondents instructed by me. Senior Advocate Mr. Sanjoy Ghosh appeared on behalf of the private Respondents in the connected matter.The matter was called out twice, but Senior Advocate Mr. Kiritiman Singh was not present. The Bench inclined at about 11:30 AM that it will hear the matter and at about 12 noon the matter was called for the third time wherein Senior Advocate Mr. Kiritiman Singh requested that the matter be taken up post lunch. However since the bench had about 3 times fixed and part heard matters, the accommodation could not be given for today.
The Union’s counsel vehemently requested for a date in December, but the Bench was not able to accommodate them. The matter was then adjourned to 06.01.2026 for further hearing.
