Status of Pension Revision Case in the Hon. High Court of Delhi:
The matter was listed today before Hon’ble Mr Justice Navin Chawla and Hon’ble Mrs Justice Renu Bhatnagar as Item 56 and 58 in Court No 42 before the Hon�ble High Court of Delhi. Mr Ankur Chhibber along with me appeared for the Respondents, in the matter. The matter was mentioned at 3:30 PM before the Hon’ble Bench, however, the Hon’ble Bench was of the view that they will complete their supplementary list and then take up the matter. Again at 04:15 PM the matter was mentioned, however, the Hon�ble Bench had a heavy board (in view of the court closing this week) due to which they are not able to hear the matter and has adjourned the matter for 29.07.2025 at 03:30 PM.
