Status of pension revision court case:- Hon’ble High Court Delhi today pronounce the judgement on pension revision of BSNL and MTNL pensioners wherein the DoT Writ Petition is allowed and PBCAT ND judgement is sat aside. Hon’ble bench mentioned that Rule-37A CCS Pension Rules-1972 is for the purpose of calculating pension on the last pay drawn, this doesn’t give right of pension revision. Thus ,we have lost the case in the Hon’ble High Court Delhi. Now all the applicant pensioners Associations of BSNL and MTNL should immediately meet and decide the further strategies to file SLP in the Hon’ble Supreme court.
