The Quarterly General Body Meeting of BDPA (I), Palakkad District was held successfully on 27th April 2026 at Top in Town Auditorium, Palakkad, with good participation from members.
The meeting was inaugurated by Sri. P. K. Jyothiprasadan, Circle President, who emphasized the importance of unity and continuous efforts in addressing pensioners’ issues.
Sri. Rasheed Ali, Accounts Officer (Retd.) and Circle Executive President, presented in detail the issue regarding delay in endorsement of IDA orders by DoT, explaining the current status and the need for persistent follow-up.
A large number of members attended the meeting and actively participated in the discussions. Various pension-related issues and organizational matters were discussed in a constructive manner. Members shared their views, suggestions, and concerns, contributing to meaningful deliberations. The interaction reflected strong unity and commitment among members.
The meeting concluded on a positive note with a renewed resolve to continue efforts for safeguarding the interests of pensioners and strengthening the organization
